I’m a Product Design and UX leader with 15+ years of experience across design, product, experimentation and digital media.
Today, I lead a 25 person UX, UI and A/B testing organization across WELT, BILD and Platform Solutions at Axel Springer National Media and Tech. My role is about more than interface quality: I build structures, grow teams, create shared standards and connect customer needs with business outcomes.
